SPA ETIQUETTE AND POLICIES
Arrival
Please arrive 15 - 20 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow time to check-in, change into a robe, and relax before your service(s).
Reservations and Cancellations
All appointments must be secured with a credit card or gift card. The time needed for services scheduled is reserved especially for you. Please kindly give us a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of service(s) to the credit card or gift card on file.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we might not be able to extend your treatment time so the next guest will not be delayed, and you will be charged for the full value of the service.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in our prices, but are greatly appreciated by our staff. The standard gratuity is 15% to 20% of the cost of service provided.
Cell Phones
To guarantee a relaxing environment for all of our guests, we ask that you silence your cell phone upon arrival. Unless it is an emergency, please refrain from using your cell phone during your visit with us. Valuables We suggest that you please leave your valuables at home. Many of our treatments require removal of jewelry, and we regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or for damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories, or for misplaced items.
Children
Children are welcome at Urban Escape when they have scheduled appointments.
Pets
We love Colorado's dog-friendly culture. However, it is against state regulations to allow pets in our facility.
Gift Cards
Urban Escape gift cards are available in any dollar amount and any combination of services. Treat someone special to one of our elegant spa packages, or create your own spa package of three or more services with a 10% savings.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift cards.
